Help! Need Crock Pot Recipes

We are on day 9 without electricity here in Houston.

I have a crock pot, but I don't use it very often and have no recipes.

We have been using our grill, but we finally got a generator (yippee!!), so I thought I could use the crock pot.

I would really appreciate any recipes with meat and vegetables in them!!!
