Unfortunately, my DF and I are not able to go down for a food tasting 
After a long look at the many pages of buffet options for Ariel's here's what we put together:
Mixed Garden Greens
Assorted Toppings and Dressings
Tortellini Pasta with Wild Mushrooms and,
Pecorino, Romano Cream Sauce
Charbroiled NY Strip Steak
Grilled Lobster Tail served with Drawn Butter
Cheddar Skillet Potatoes
Garlic Herb Breadsticks and Focaccia Bread
Chicken Breast Marsala
Market Fresh Fruit Display
Cinnamon Bread Pudding with Baileys Irish Cream Sauce
Coffee and Decaf Coffee, Selection of Teas
The reason why I am posting this is because I have no idea what this stuff tastes like - it sounds good on paper though!
...and I read the post about the parmesan chicken breast w/ cheese sauce being delicious - more delicious than the chicken breast marsala????
I really need your input ladies!!! thank you!
