Please help!! I have a trip booked thru AAA for January. I called my TA today regarding the VISA code and found out that she is out until next Monday. The lady who is assisting my TA this week knows nothing. I was having to walk her through everything step by step. She called me back to say the discount does not apply to me because I have a preferred room, so I asked what it would cost with the code if I switched to a standard room. She said I will have to call them back and then call you back - That was 4 hours ago and I still have not heard anything.
Do any of you have (or know) a good AAA TA that I could contact to help me? I am assuming that any AAA TA could help me, but I am not for sure. Maybe I should ask for the manager. What would you do?
