Ok, I just signed up for Silverclicks. Now what do I do?

I signed up for the newsletter. I surfed on one site and did not even know it.

Where is Hobbyrat and how do you do it?

Are there weekly sites to click on?

I am usually pretty good at figuring these out but this one has stumped me.
