Help..need a good towncar service....

We made several calls for rate info; were NOT impressed with the "customer service"--you would think that with ME they would be more concerned with getting customers/being pleasant on the phone. We really need the recommendations from anyone who has traveled recently and had good service!!!!

(Also, interestingly enough one of our last trips we did a few transfers, and were able to get 2 grocery stops--no additional charge....this trip they want $20/extra for it. I thought that was interesting--again due to ME....)

When we went last July we used Happy Limo and had a great experience. One grocery stop was included.

We used Magic City Tranportation in Dec.They were wonderful!Very courteous and personable.Rates were reasonable.They do not charge extra for the grocery stop.Excellant cutomer service!!

We used Tiffany Town Car. It was $95 R/T. Clean, puctual, all in all very good.

We got back less than a week ago and used Southern Elegance. Prompt, professional but friendly and when I called the day of the flight back home to move our pickup time to a hour earlier they bent over backwards to help us.
In January we used Prestige but since then I had heard they had been sold so we didn't use them again for this trip. With the original owners they were great too.
We decided to go with the towncar when our ME tags came and everything on them was wrong but our name. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone the times I tried to call "We are experiencing high volume...." We were arriving at night and wanted our luggage then, not in 3 hours or the next day. We also were flying an airline that we couldn't check in for the flight home from the hotel. It was a short trip and we didn't want to waste time. Southern Elegance worked for us.

In January we used Prestige but since then I had heard they had been sold so we didn't use them again for this trip. With the original owners they were great too.

We also used Prestige in Jan and my sister used them in Feb. Prestige was great. Since they were sold does that mean no more Raphael?

We also used Tiffany and are planning to use them again in July. excellent service! Just ask if you'd like to include a grocery stop or need a booster seat. If you choose to use them, you can email your request and get $5 off, or the new Passporter contains a coupon for $8 off.
