The Reebok Princess ones come plain white. My mother wore them for years after they came out before she went to clogs.
I myself have the luxury of being punky in my choice of sneakers for work. But I do need closed toe and closed back. Obviously my choice of converse wouldn't work. However, I actually buy the Dr. Scholl's insoles and pop them into whatever shoes I'm wearing during the crazy hours.
