Help! Need 4 bedroom rental for Jan 30-6 nights

I am trying to find a 4 bedroom house to rent near Disney or Seaworld area for 6 nights starting Jan 30-Feb 5th.We need 3 queen sized beds and a room with 2 twins.Can you recommend a particular house?
How do you get the best price possible? Who took book through?Which web-site or any direct owner information ?
