Help....my Weight Loss Spreadsheet is gone

Someone (I'm sorry I can't remember who) sent me this great Excel spreadsheet that had a place to enter weight weekly and it kept up with the total loss plus there was a chart on the side of the spreadsheet so you could see what was happening. Somehow in moving files from one computer to the next I have lost it and I am so disappointed.

If you were the one that sent it to me could you please be kind once again and email it to kmwcdw@bellsouth.net and make my day.
