Help! My puppy is destroying all her toys.

Thanks everyone! I ran out to Petco tonight and looked for some of the toys that were suggested. I was only able to find the water bottle toy so I bought that. I will have to order the other things online. She loves the water bottle toy but she has completely flattened the water bottle already.

I actually don't mind that much that she destroys the toys. I would rather she destroy toys rather than my sofa. The problem is that she eats EVERYTHING. She eats the stuffing, fuzz, strings, the little nubs on the rubber toys, etc. Add to that the leaves, sticks, acorns, dirt, clump of grass that has fertilizer on it, etc. that she eats when we go for a walk and it has caused stomach issues. I have taken her to the vet for stool samples, blood work, x-rays, etc and the result is the same everytime. She is eating stuff she shouldn't and it is making her sick. We are constantly pulling stuff out of her mouth. Ugh! I hope she outgrows this quickly. It is getting old. She is very lucky she is so cute!

Get a jolly ball, my dog tears up all his toys but on amazon you can buy jolly ball products that can't be destroy.

Agree with the suggestion of Jolly Ball just to give you an example of how tough these toys are they are a big seller for horses. Our horse took 3 years playing with it ( kicking it biting it carrying it around in her teeth like a prize...she's about 1400 lbs ! ) before it finally "squished" and she still plays with it ! I know your pup is tiny but we have 2 doxies and they are amused playing with them too (or maybe we are just watching them) they're practically indestructible ! we have the one that's on sale for $8.00

Sorry, I can't remember the name of them, but I have seen advertised on tv plushies with squeakers that are really long and supposed to be indestructable. Maybe someone else remembers the name? They were a mail order only toy.

Just found them!

The only toys our dog has not destroyed are the ones she doesn't want to destroy. She has a couple favorites that are just for playing with-fetch mostly, the rest are to chew. The best thing we have found for her are bones from the meat department at the grocery store. Our store sells them in packs of 3 or 4 for around $1. It takes her quite a while to go through one of those and it keeps her teeth nice and clean.
