HELP! My Photopass Pictures are missing!

Hi, Im freaking out, this never happened before. Our trip was from June 28 to July 4.
I went to the photopass website and put my card id number like I always do, and nothing, no pictures.
What do I do now? First i was telling me something like you ID card is in wait if you pics were taken within 24 hours, then I put it again and it was telling me Invalid ID.
I didn't do anything to my card, I had in my pocket like in previous trips. Don't want to lose my pics, please help me.

Call the photopass number I believe it is on the back or its on the web site and they should be able to find you pics
