help my mom send pm and replies

My mom was on DIS boards earlier today. At that time she was able to send a private message and to reply to threads.

She is now unable to. She did update her profile with a new Email address today---could that have caused a problem?

Her user id is unctigger.

Thanks for any help---she's trying to work with someone to rent DVC points and wants to be able to send PMs.

She had a message in her Email. Should be ok now.
