HELP! My MDE has gone crazy & I am missing Fastpasses

So, I just logged on to my MDE account and I have missing FP+'s. Also, there are time slots that are showing where I reserved a FP+ but the name of the ride is not showing. Also, some of them have been changed from 2 adults & 1 child to only 2 adults.

I have logged out & back in hoping that would reset but it didn't work. Any suggestions from my fellow Disers? HELP PLEASE, my trip is next week:confused3:mad:
 
Was on the phone with CM today for over an hour, their computers were going crazy, and they were working on some things. My MDE didn't show, then it did, then it didn't ugh....did you print a hard copy of your reservations, FP, etc?
 
Mine was wigging out too. Wasn't showing my full party, just me. Back to normal this evening. Seems like when the glitches come up they're pretty quick to remedy them and a few hours later it's better.

Unfortunately, I did not print! Why didn't I think of this. Eeeekkk.

The site has been wonky for much of today. Try to not worry about it too much today.
 
Earlier my dining reservations were weirded out. One full day wasn't showing up, one just had times-no restaurant though, and another had duplicates?!?!?

I touched the menu (three lines on the top left, I think) and if I went to dining, and then reservations they were correct. I don't have any FP+ yet as I'm still too far out, but perhaps it would be the same?

When they come back, take some screen shots for backup.
 
Sorry, just re-read and I assumed you are on the app...the internet site has been down for me all day.
 
I just spoke with Disney. I'm an annual passholder. They are rolling out MB and FP+ to passholders today through next week. I lost one AP, two ADR, and a resort reservation. She assured me there were still there. They appear to be coming back now. The glitch has something to do with the AP roll out. Lots of MDE updates today.

I'm not too concerned now, but I am going to keep an eye on it. And yes, a copy of your reservations is a great idea!
 
Ok, so I just signed in to my MDE account online and everything is still showing there so it looks like all is well. :cool1: I guess they just must be having problems with the MDE app. I did print it out so that I have a hard copy of my reservations/FP+.

I had read (on one thread) to keep a copy or screen shot with you at the parks in case your magic band has a glitch, many CM's will let you pass if you can show this to them?? Just a thought...
