I bought an expensive amber ring on one of the Baltic cruises. The purchase was made on the ship during one of their Baltic Amber events. I wore the ring for the first time and discovered less than six hours later the stone had fallen out. Does anyone know if they have any kid of guarantee or refund, I purchased it less than a month ago now, it should have lasted a little longer. I am really disappointed because they made such a big deal about being able to trust them with the jewelry being well made.
