We are thinking of doing a split stay right before our DCL cruise this summer. We are thinking either BCV or BWV and BLT. Anyone have any tips that may sway us one way or another? We are using our DVC points and have never stayed at any of the 3.

Depends on you. Will you be disappointed if the resort you choose doesn't meet with your expectations?

Will you be happier staying at your home resort?

I love SAB, so I would pick BCV, especially in the summer.

DH and I did a solo trip in April and loved BWV. Lots of great entertainment within walking distance while you are on your Disneymoon from the Boardwalk to Swan/Dolphin to Epcot WS

Why the split stay? Just to experience more resorts? I wouldn't waste my time moving resorts when I could be enjoying the parks, pools, restaurants. etc.

It's hard to know without any further info from you, but I would think BWV might be the most romantic of the three. It's nice to stroll around the on the boardwalk in the evening and it is convenient to both Epcot and HS.

For a honeymoon def BWV with a boardwalk view. We did this for our honeymoon and loved it. Point wise boardwalk view is about the same as standard as BCV. I can't say enough about the view. Also, Jellyrolls is a great time which is literally right there.

We have stayed at BCV and like it also but with the family. With SAB we think it is geared more for kids. It is a great resort and we love it but for a honeymoon I think BWV is the clear winner.

We have never stayed at BLT but think that you should stay at an EPCOT resort. There is just so much more going on over there for adults between EPCOT itself and the bars in the immediate area. The restaurants in both areas are comparable.
