Actually, that is strange. My dd1 wasn't listed on most of my documents (hotel, dining plan, MYW), but she IS listed on the info for ME. Maybe you should call and check.

In Dec, my 2DD wasn't on my list either, but they added her when we checked in with ME at the airport. I think it is something about how Disney counts them as an infant (free) and they didn't show up now where on our ressies...room, tickets, ME, etc.
My gut feeling: Don't worry about it for a kid that young. Just show up at the ME welcoming area.
ME to Disney is never sold out. If, say, your family needs four seats but there are only three seats as you step aboard they will simply put you on the next bus.
There are no seat belts for passengers on the bus. Car safety seats will be put underneath.
If you want a seat for the kid on the way home on ME, do add him to the ME reservation at least a day before checkout at the resort if not at the welcoming area upon first arrival.
OK now you can shoot your blowtorches at me for suggesting that really little'uns should have their own seats on buses.
DS2 wasn't on ours last fall either. I told them when we checked in at the ME counter and they told us it was no problem and printed him a voucher for the return trip.
