Just logged into dvc site and ressie is now missing with request for new UY paperwork which must be enroute. New member number also. Any chance old ressie can be restored to our account??

Any help/reassurance appreciated!

What do you mean about a change in UY? I was under the impression that the UY could not be changed on an existing membership...

Yes. It takes a few days for all the new information to hit the account.

This happened to me when I changed UY after I made my BLT reservation. I freaked out and called. At first, they couldn't find it by my reservation #, but then a supervisor located it. She said it might take a week or so to show up.

It was there within 2 days after I called.

Just give MS a call tomorrow. With the change in UY, and two different member #'s, it can be difficult for IT to get it working right.

My accounts are still not working right--I can't see everything on the main screen. I have to go a round about way to see it all.

Good luck!

Thank you for some reassurance. Hubby and I are freaking out a bit here -- we are just about to purchase airfare!

Hopefully it does work out -- we are under 11 month window with a trip we really wanted with very specific dates and view (called on exact 11 month date).

So you think a MS supervisor can locate it?? Or should we contact our guide who put the UY change in??

Otherwise we want to book new ressie immediately for any similar dates/view -- but don't want points to be moved around due to confusion and original ressie showing up later and unneccessary borrowing, etc.

(The UY change is because we haven't closed on paperwork yet.)

Contact Member Satisfaction and let them know. A few months ago any member with more than one master contract could only see the first contract purchased. It took them several months to get it fixed. It's still not 100% but at least it's better than it was. :sad2:

Thank you. I have (twice) and they are working on it. I am not too concerned since I am selling the one contract in August and will be left with just one UY and one member #.

I would call MS in the morning and explain that you can't see it and that you just want to verify that it is still in place. The CM you talk to might be able to locate it and if not, they should go to a supervisor (that is what the CM did when I called). I did have my original reservation number to give them

When they did find it, I was told it was because of my contract changes and that it takes a while for the reservations to catch up with the contract. My biggest fear was because it was going from one member # to another and that somehow it would get lost (and it was a BLT reservation for December!). But it didn't and all is right with the world!!!

Good luck!!
