Help! Missing fass passes

So today was my 60 day mark so I made all my fass passes for my family. My sister had to make her own bc of issues with the friends and family. Now I went to check tonight and I'm missing from all of my fass passes but showing up in the ones my sister made! On her end, she's showing up correctly but I'm not including in the group fps! So essentially 1 person is missing from all the fass passes.

Is this another IT glitch or should I be calling in the morning? Will Disney be able to add me back in or am I just sol and have to redo them all. It took me an hour this morning and I really don't wanna go through that again.

If you try and modify does it still show you are not there? I ask because frequently MDE will show FP+ in the plan section as for 1 person, but if I click it to change I can see everyone is listed. I searched this forum when it happened to me and found a LOT of threads about it so I think its a common issue. Also last night all of my FP+ disappeared for several hours so sometimes MDE is just a crank.

If you are really gone still in the morning, definitely call! I had a weird issue with my AK day and the cause was never found but they helped sort it (could not recover the FP, but that doesn’t mean they can’t for you).
 
Ok so now I got assigned my sister's ticket and all of her fast passes disappeared! This is a nightmare. I'm not even sure how that happened bc she is booked with a package through a travel agency. And I just got off work so I can't call until I drop all my kids off at school. Ugh. This is so frustrating:sad:
 
This sounds like just an IT glitch; have you looked on both the website and the MDE app? Is it the same on both places?
 

The app tends to make things look like they have disappeared for brief periods of time.
Log into the website. If all shows there then you're fine.
 
Just got off the phone with IT and after 1hr it's all fixed:banana:. Somehow my profile "ate" my sister's when we tried to link by friend's request and that's how all the fp+ got messed up. However, they were able to reissue my missing fps, including fop and sdd for my original times!!:jumping1:

There's been a glitch on the APP. Ours were that way last week and they were fine on the attractions.
