My brother was able to get Military tickets at a discounted rate, however now he is not able to go. Under the rules it states that the military person or spouse (he is not married) must be present to use tickets, is there a way around this?

It depends what kind of tickets they are. If they are the special military salute 4 day tickets, then there's no way around it. A military member must be there on the first day to activate them. (What he has now are technically just vouchers to be traded in.)

If, however, they are just regular myw tickets that he bought with a military discount, then you should have no issue using them without him.

the salute to heroes ticket he MUST be there, period. they are sold at a HUGE discount so to prevent them from buying them then reselling at a profit they had to make that a non negotiable requirement.

Thanks for the reply's, I will have to double check to see what tickets he got.
