Hello all...

I posted a few months back about trying to see all of the best thrill rides possible from both parks in one day. Thanks to eebadeeba, Ema74, and WareBears for your insight. Thanks to your help I think I'm on the right track, being at the Studios for rope drop and then legging it to Disneyland Park for the rest of the day.

One more quick thing just popped up for my trip this coming Friday...I really need to meet Snow White. Not for me mind you, as it might sound odd coming from a 27yr old guy, but for a "niece" of mine back home in the states. A few very good friends of mine have a daughter who just turned 6 yesterday and had a Snow White themed party, complete with a live Snow White. Since in her eyes I am her "crazy uncle", I want to do something special for her.

My plan is to get a post card and fill a little bit out on it from me and then have Snow White write a little note and sign her name so I can send it back to the states. With that, I'd like to take a picture of the event (with my camera) and maybe one of Snow White and I holding a sign to send back to the little girl.

Can anyone give me any advice as to how about meeting Snow White? This is my first trip to DLP and I'm unsure as how Character meetings might work. I realize this might not happen exactly as I would like it to, but I want to put myself in the best position possible to be able to make it happen.

Thanks all in advance for your help!

That would be so cool for your niece!!!

I believe the princesses will be doing their meet n greet near the Castle each day, but its early ie 10.30am ish isn't it? It goes on for a couple of hours I believe, but theres no guarantee of Snow White being one of the princesses. Theres also the option of taking the Princess lunch at Auberge de Cendrillon, but at 48euros per adult its an expensive way of meeting princesses, and again, theres no guarantee Snow White will be there.

Apart from that, I think the princesses are only out for the main parade, and they don't stop during that for photo opportunities.

I hope someone else can give you more hopeful news.

That's a really lovely idea for your niece, I'm sure she would love it. Make sure you ask at City Hall as you go in the park and they should be able to tell you where you might be able to find Snow White each day.

If you dont manage to get a photo with her why not send a card anyhow from SnowWhite saying something like "sending a special message to her to say hi". You could disguise your writing or get someone else to write it. You could either post it to her or take it back to her saying it was from Snow White.

You could also try and get a photo of her waving in the parade and pretend she was sending a special wave to your niece

Hi, we came back from our trip yesterday. We only had 3 days at the parks but we didn't see Snow White doing any meet and greets I'm afraid. Best to check at City Hall - your best bet will probably be at The Castle stage in the am. A word of advice - the posted time for the meet and greet to start is 1030am but they were starting much earlier and the queues were horrendous. We stood in line for an hour each morning and moved about a foot so had to abandon - my daughter was so upset but it was unrealistic to wait for so long when the meet and greet was so badly organised. Each morning two princesses alternated every half hour but the queues were so slow that they could change over many times so you couldn't gurantee who you would actually see. Such a disappointment. BUT - she looks fab in the parade (with her prince). Sorry to sound negative but the whole character scrum was very frustrating for a family who loves colecting autographs.

Wishing you a great time and some success!

Found a photo of her in the parade - not brill but you can see how lovely she looks!<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r314/Laluna1611/DISNEYLANDPARIS2007020.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"></a>

Also, there is a Snow Whote shop just throught the castle in fantasy land - she may appreciate!<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r314/Laluna1611/DISNEYLANDPARIS2007069.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"></a>

#i hope you can find her, and make your neece happy. sure it would be good for them

It doesn't sound odd at all. I really need to meet Snow White too. And Pocahontas, Princess Jasmine and Belle.:lmao:

I agree with others that just asking at City Hall is the best option. I've been to DLP 7 times and I've only seen Snow White do meet and greets once, so I don't think she's a regular character outside of the parades :(

I'm going to follow the lovely example set by my fellow posters and share a picture of her with you though :)

Well thanks for the kind words and help everyone. Looks like it's going to be harder than I thought! Looks like I'll do my best and see what happens. Maybe a picture of Snow White in a Disney frame will do the trick. :thumbsup2
