Help Meeeee!

Thank you so much for all the fantastic help!

I've been leaning toward the Polynesian, just because having monorail access and views of the castle are big deals for my DD. I've planned to take her to BBB on her actual birthday, and seeing all her favorite princesses(Belle and Cinderella), so the character breakfasts with those two sound perfect!

I really appreciate all this great help. Any other tips are highly welcomed! :lovestruc

You are going to LOVE the Polynesian!!

We've always requested (and gotten, both times) a full balcony room in Tokelau. That full balcony gives me a place to enjoy my morning tea while everyone else is getting ready, and Tokelau is very close to both the TTC and the Grand Ceremonail House (where you'll find the restaurants, shops, and the MK Monorail. ) It's also right next to the quiet pool, but a bit of a walk to the Volcano pool. (My reasoning is that the kids always have plenty of energy walking to and from the pool, but not so much late at night returning from the monorail.)

There's a site out there by Tikiman completely dedicated to the Polynesian... google it and enjoy.

I would go with either the Poly or Wilderness lodge. I love both the themes but the WL is my favorite (probably because I love camping). The boat from WL is a nice way to travel to and from the Magic Kingdom. But the Poly in my book has the best transportation overall. My wife would tell you the Poly is her favorite Disney resort. My son loved the pool at the Poly.

Also, I know you said money isn't a big consideration, but it's always nice to pay less than you could.

So, get onto Disney's radar.
Once 2014 prices come out next week, start haunting the Disney reservation landing website, playing with and saving options. Order the planning DVD (your daughter will LOVE it!) and eventually the free maps. Consider getting a Disney Visa and accumulating points.

Oh, and consider working with a Disney Certified Travel Agent. Ours is wonderful; she'll keep an eye out for any discounts, and book all our dining. (I leave for work at 7 am, but she's on the phone for me, getting the ADRs I want.)
