I've lost 60 pounds since July.. well, 70, but I gained 10 back over the holidays. And I can't get back on track. I know what to do.. I just can't seem to do it.
I don't know how to get back on track. Anyone have experience with this? What'd you do to get out of your slump?? I have another 50 pounds to lose to be healthy, and I need to do it!

I think its acceptable to gain over the holidays. I say enjoy and not stress. Last thing we need is added stress on holidays it only contributes to cortisol releases that will fight more against you. You can start with a goal to get that 10 lbs back off. Buy a new workout DVD or clothing or something that will motivate you to use/do activity.
