Help me write a Hogwarts Surprise Letter

It's my daughter's 11th birthday coming up and we are surprising her and her little sister with a trip to Universal for part of her gift. I am putting together a Hogwarts Acceptance letter for her and I'm having trouble figuring out how to word it. It will have the standard bit from the books and then I want to add information about our trip. How to phrase it? A special open house? Preview visit of Hogwarts? Any help appreciated!!

It will have this text below, followed by the part about our trip.


We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment. Term begins 1 September. We await your owl by no later than 31 July.

Yeah I have checked pinterest and etsy too. Just can't find what I am looking for. I also want to write a sort of early or prospective letter for my youngest, her birthday is a few days later. But no clue what to say there either!
