Help me wrap my head around extra extra magic hours

This shouldn't be so hard but....
If Parks Blog posted extra extra hours to be
Hollywood Studios 6am-9am
Animal Kingdom 7am -8 am
Magic Kingdom 7am -8am
Does this mean AK and MK will be opening to reg guests at 8 for the Sept/Oct., and HS will be opening at 9 to reg guests?
Looks like that's the case according to the Park Hours posted but I just wanted to make sure.

Yep it means that the folks who aren't staying onsite or at a good neighbor hotel get in once the magic hours are over. Onsite and good neighbor hotel guests can get into the parks for the start of the extra magic hours. It's semanitcs I know, but the distinction is between onsite/good neighbor guests and guests staying offsite or day visiting. For my own head, I don't know who I'd consider non-regular guests :)
