Help me with Virus in Chest

So my virus protection put it there, now what? Am I supposed to delete it or let it stay? Why didn't it just delete it in the first place??

Thanks for the giggle tonight... first thing that popped into my mind when I read your subject line was "best get to a doctor for some antibiotics, ya probably have pneumonia", hehe.

To answer your real question, no clue why it would put it in your trash bin instead of deleting it.. I'd just delete it now.
