help me with some hard data

I'm writing a letter about VMK closing to send to some conventional publications. Help me with some hard data:

vmk opening date
# of members
average players online (5,000?)

The gist of my letter is how significant an online social game has become in member's lives. I think there is a very interesting story in it.

For members.. the only way you could find that is find a picture recently with a guest in it, then take that number at the end of it. Then I would save average around 6,000 online at a time? Then I think Lily said a quarter of a million have been on in a day, anyone have proof?
