Help me with room maximums please

So I have a question I need help with. i am looking at the point charts for 2011 for OKW and they list the studios and one bedrooms as accommodating 4. Shouldn't the villas all accommodate one more now with the addition of the sleeper chair? so a 1 bdrm could be 5, 2 bdrm 9, and GV 13? Just checking for input please!

Perhaps the occupancy list will be updated after the renovations are complete but that won't be until some time in 2011. Until then it is probably a good idea to NOT expect to have a sleeper chair, since I don't think you will be guaranteed a renovated unit.

I doubt the charts will reflect a change until the 2012 printing, as the rehab could run a little late, if there is a delay in materials or furnishings. It is scheduled for Spring 2011, but this gives them several month of "just in case" time.
