Hello!!
Dh and I will be heading to DW with out ds7, ds5 amd dd2 in Oct. We will only be there from the 14th-17th...we will be boarding dcl for our 2nd DC.
My questions is......We have not done DW as a family EVER!
We will be flying in on the 14th...so we need a place for dinner that evening?
We are going to MNSSHP on the 15th.....Im thinking we will do MK from about noon until after the whole party....where should we do an early dinner that night?
On the 16th we will be heading to DHS for the day....are there any recomendations for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner that day?????
I may sound naive but we havnt done Disney with kids ever, and I really want them to get a taste of DW before we cruise again.
Thank you all so much in advance.

Tony's in MK is really good! :thumbsup2
Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club for Breakfast
50's Prime Time (DHS)
Sci-Fi (DHS)
Captain's Grille (Yacht Club)

Those are my suggestions.
Try this it will give you menus and descriptions of the restaurants:

Hope that helps! Have a great trip!! :thumbsup2

For the day at DHS, I definitely vote for doing the Prime Time Cafe at lunch or dinner, depending on what you like from their menu. It is one of my and DF's favorite restaurants at Disney

Are you doing a park on the first day? I would suggest Whispering Canyon Cafe at the WL or Ohana at the Poly...both have good food and great Disney atmosphere. You could also do the Hoop De Doo Revue, but it is pricey. Oh, how about dinner at Chef Mickeys? They can meet Mickey, Goofy, Donald, Pluto and Minnie and have a good dinner! Are you doing the dining plan? At DHS, your kids will like Pizza Planet, which is based on Toy Story. We went to 50's for lunch. It was fine, but nothing special in our opinion. We liked Starring Rolls for a breakfast...lite a la carte food. Are you doing Fantasmic? If it is showing that night, you'll want to consider the Fantasmic package which gives you reserved tickets for the show, which will save you some time. At MK, I would suggest Crystal Palace or Cinerella's Royal Table. Be sure to get a dole whip for snack:)

I'll go backwards...

All day at DS on the 16th: We love 50's PT Cafe. Your DS's may really like the Sci-Fi. Food isn't as bad as everyone says, but your 5 & 7 year old will go nuts over the theming.

Early dinner at the MK on the 15th: We always have our 1st meal at the MK at Liberty Tree. It's relaxing and a great way to get into the Disney "mood".

On the 14th for your 1st dinner: Where are you staying? We love O'Hana....your choices are endless

Thank you so much everyone....
Dining has been my big stress for this trip, because we are only at DW for 2 days before the cruise I want the little one to get as much Magic as possible!
We will be staying at BC, we really enjoyed this hotel last year!
I will check out all the menus for the places everyone suggested!
Thank you again, I really appreciate it.

Our three year old loved cp breakfast... I think it was because of all the kid friendly choices ... of course winnie -the-pooh and his buddies helped a lot. We enjoyed the breakfast as well...eggs made to order, fresh fruit etc. Enjoy your trip and cruise.
