Hello. So this year we are doing four nights poly cl (first time club), and I am trying to decide what to do for the next 3. I have narrowed it down to 3 nights akl pool view(same a little money) or 3 nights boardwalk ;boardwalk view or 3 nights regular garden view poly . We did do a split stay last year 3/4 poly/por. And we liked split stay but the only thing I am thinking is being at the poly for the first four night....we won't want to leave....thought????thanks!!!

Need more information!! :) Kids?Couple?Ages?Favorite parks?

I would do Poly CL LAST! :) For the first 3 nights I would do something that you've never stayed at before...how about Yacht Club since most their rooms have balconies? Or Contemporary Resort Tower? Have you stayed at AKL before?

I think AKL and Poly would be a good split. AKL is a beautiful resort and is very different from the Poly, which would give you 2 totally different resort experiences, IMO. With that said, even though we loved AKL, our favorite resort is the Poly. If it were me, I'd end with Poly CL as I wouldn't want to go from CL to a non-CL room (but that's just me). Good luck.

I would also definitely close on the Poly CL - you are NOT going to want to leave that! But I also love AKL and BW - BW view would be completely awesome. I think doing a split stay between an MK and Epcot resort is the perfect compromise!

Thank you. Well I was actually going to switch the four poly nights to the end but with the summer special there is no more availablity ...so I am stuck with the first four. We are family of four 10 and 12 year old...like all the parks and this is our fifth year in a row going....so by now we also really enjoy the resorts also.

Keep checking weekly, I venture to say 20% or more of rooms booked are cancelled between now and the booking date, I am checking weekly for a specific category and when it gets close to 45 day mark I will check daily :)

I like the split stay AKV poly. We do them with BLT but we always leave the monorail resort to last as we know we won't want to leave.

We've done several AKL/Poly splits and it's been great. We love AKL -- it's a really unique and amazing resort.

We've also done some with Epcot area/MK area and that works really nicely as well. It will mean that the only park you'd ever have to take a bus to would be AK.

I think whichever one appeals to you the most. But I would end at Poly CL since it's hard to go from CL to non-CL, and also because the rooms at the Poly are noticeably larger than those at AKL or the BWI. I think it would be tough to leave the Poly CL and go to a regular room at the Poly, BWI or AKL. ;)

I've never stayed at any of the resorts mentioned, but with two kids that age, I would stay at the one with the best pool.

If you haven't stayed at CR in the tower, then I would do that. We didn't get to visit the pool there while we were there, but it's one reason why my husband is saying we can go back someday. Loved CR!!!!!
