Help me understand the Disney Visa Card

I have attempted, unsuccessfully, to determine how the card works. I understand the basic premise, but I can't find the specifics. I understand that you buy "stuff" on the card and over time you receive credit to apply towards Disney purchases.

Is there a URL somewhere that gets into the nitty gritty?
