There is a difference though between the park entitlements and the "plus" entitlements, and you need to understand that difference.
Assume you have a 10 day Park Hopper Plus ticket.
For the 4 theme parks you can visit any or all of them on 10 different days. If you wanted to, you could visit each park every day you use your ticket, for a total of 40 park entries. Highly unlikely anyone would do that, but theoretically possible.
For the Plus options, things work differently. Here, you have exactly 10 entries you can work with - not 10 days. If you went to Typhoon Lagoon in the morning and then hopped to Blizzard Beach in the afternoon of that same day, you would use 2 of your Plus options. Playing a round of mini golf that day would use a third entitlement from your bank of 10.
For all practical purposes, it's pretty difficult to actually use more than a couple of those Plus options, so you're unlikely to really care to much. But it is different.
The good thing about the PH+ ticket is if you are planning on going to a water park, that will save you some money over regular water park admission.
