Help me surprise my girlies!!

I need ideas about how to surprise DD15 and DD11 with our Feb 2014 disney trip for Christmas. They know they are getting a big surprise for Christmas and that we are going somewhere but they don't know where. I have ordered them both carry on duffel bags. I would like to fill them with things related to our trip but coming up blank. What would you put inside. We won't have our magic bands yet...won't get them until January. TIA for your help!!

Target and Forever XXI have cute inexpensive Disney shirts and other clothes, maybe a couple items for them to wear on the trip? What about an autograph book and some Sharpies for the younger one? Books or magazines to read en route? Some amazon or itunes gift cards so they can download some tunes or movies for the trip?

For my son I got him a couple Disney craft/art stuff for his bag. I bought him a pin starter set with lanyard. I also have an autograph book as well. You can always put in a Disney Guide? Water bottle with a Disney character on it would work.
