My boyfriend decided to treat me to my longest Disney trip, ever... 5 days and 4 nights. Yay! He refers to me as his princess and treats me so well. I really want to show him a great time on our trip because this is his first time and I'm so thankful to have him in my life.

Before you recommend BB restaurant for something romantic, I looked at the menu and saw that there was nothing there for him. He's a pizza and burgers guy... very, very simple diet.

The thought crossed my mind to make reservations somewhere but I have no idea what. We're non-drinkers, as well.

I'm kind of stuck. I want to plan ahead for something for him/us. We're going to both parks and DTD if that helps.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Trader Sams Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Hotel. You don't need to drink and the Aloha Burger and flatbread is awesome.
If he likes sports maybe the Espnzone
If it doesn't have to be Disney and you haven't been there go to In n Out

Just up the road on Katella is Bubba Gumps and then McCormick & Schmick's and Cheese cake Factory .. California Pizza Kitchen.
on Harbor itself opposite DLR there is Saga Pizza, Tony Roma's, Denny's, IHOP, Mimi's Cafe, only place I have eaten on Harbor is IHop, its big and loud and busy and typical Ihop food. have heard good things about Mimi's.

Bubba Gumps is good as is the Cheesecake factory.. and M&S

Does he like breakfast? If so, how about doing a character breakfast either in the park at Plaza Inn or at Goofy's Kitchen at the DLH. Goofy's is also the only character meal that offers dinner, so you could do that if he's not a breakfast person. You will need to make reservations in advance.
Another suggestions would be to take him to Cove Bar. I don't think they do burgers, but they have these AMAZING lobster nachos!
Also, you don't HAVE to eat dinner at Blue Bayou, you can go there just for dessert too :)

Thanks guys!

Anyone have non-food ideas for inside the parks?

You can??
Oh ya! I've gone just for dessert at the BB several times. I never have room for dessert after a big meal, so it's a perfect way to enjoy a mid afternoon treat.:thumbsup2

You can pilot the Mark Twain with the captain. Just the two of you. That would be fun! Just ask the cast member as you enter if you can ride with the captain. Try to be the first ones at the load or someone may have already asked before you. Have fun!

Well here is a fun idea "BEFORE" your vacation. There is a website I have used countless times now for "Disney's enchanted call". I don't know if I am allowed to post external links on this site, so Google Disney's enchated call and look for the link v-blast underneath the name. Its $2.49 a call but well worth it to start the fun off right.

As for in the parks, you can always buy him a Disney Dollar at guest relations on Main Street or at any store within the resort. They all seem to have them. Its a great keepsake to remember the trip by later. Or you can play a game with him throughout the day of who can spot as many Mickey Heads as possible and the loser by a certain time pays for dinner and then surprise him with a fun character dinner or dinner at the BB.

OR here's another fun idea yes again sorry its a meal idea but it comes with a twist. Plan for lunch at the Wine Country Trattoria for when the Pixar Play Parade is about to start and then ask to sit out on the patio over looking street. Its so fun to sit there with a prime view of the parade above the crowds while eating lunch. :)

You could surprise him with one of the toursyou could surprise him with one of the tours. We did Walk in Walts footsteps and loved it. You could also surprise him with a Fantasmic or World of Color meal package.

Awesome!! Can I make a reservation even if I'm just going in for dessert?

Good ideas! I really like the Disney Dollar idea. I like the parade view idea as well because the other day he told me that he'd never seen a parade before. What a great way to see his first parade! DLR! Lol

I've thought about doing the F! Package. Not sure if we'll do WoC. Might do rides at that time. It's something to think about.
