Planning a last minute visit to WDW in June for DD's birthday (Surprise!). Originally, we chose to stay at a value on-site but I really feel like we can find a much better place off-site but at the same price (if not cheaper). As we may be taking our DN along on this trip it would be really great if we could stay in a suite (separate sitting/bedroom areas). I called Buena Vista Suites but they don't have anything left w/ the mousesavers discount code. It would have been the perfect place for us.:sad1: Can yall suggest other places I can check out? I want a clean place that's not too old w/ useful perks (like BVS's free full breakfast or kids eat free). Don't care about pools on this trip. It's all about the parks. Thanks!

Several Embassy Suites (Lake Buena Vista and two off International), StayBridge Suites (Lake Buena Vista), Country Inn & Suites (Calypso Cay looks nice and newer than LBV), Doubletree Suites at DTD....

I couldn't get the Buena Vista Suites with the mouse savers rate for my dates either. Try checking the link on the Dis for Dreams Unlimited. I didn't get the 88$ rate, but I did get a very good one, I think it was $114 plus tax.

What about Hawthorn suites LBV (which I think is now called Savona suites) or Palomino suites LBV (which I think used to be the Homewood suites). These are on Palm Parkway, about 1 mile from DTD.
We're staying at Palomino in Nov and got a rate on expedia for about the equivalent of $90 a night!
We have also stayed at Cypress Pointe and Springhill suites LBV, both of which were nice.
Good Luck :goodvibes

Just got back from palimino suites:cool1: :cool1: :thumbsup2 No problems there ,stayed a week and not one complaint from me or my family!!!!!!:yay: :yay: :yay:

Thanks for the suggestions, folks! Upon further investigation I found that there were other sources for discounts at BVS but now I think Hawthorn/Savona Suites may be a better choice. I keep going back and forth between the 2 and sometimes I'm considering 2-3 others at the same time!:headache: I need to make a final decision soon as I don't want to take too long and miss out on a decent resort.:scared:

Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista has gotten some good reviews. They have some suites there. You might want to look into renting a condo, too. Some rentals by owner are around $60 a night. :) I found ours on Vacationrentals.com, and some good prospects on vrbo.com.
Have a great trip!
