I am going out of my mind!!

Yesterday I created an account and made some ADR's very successfully.

Today I am being told I do not qualify for extended booking, even though the days I am trying to book are earlier than bookings I already have.

Then when I check my hotel booking has disappeared and cannot be found it says to phone.
Any ideas for what to do as phoning from UK is VERY expensive.
Should I just leave it and try again later.

Also are there different time frames for booking the shows (hoop-de-doo) and fantsmic packages yesterday these did not show up at all for October and even September for fantasmic.

My thought after seeing the time of your post is that the Disney Site is doing its daily maintenence so I wuold wait and try again at 6am est(US)

As far as dining events such as HDDR and Fantasmic! these are bookable at 180 days but many times they are not able to be made online as the info has not been downloaded. In the case of these events you need to call the dining line direct by the time Disney loads them to online they may be sold out for the dates you want

Today is my 180 window and I'm having the same problem. It's telling me to confirm but it's unable to and gives me the WDW-DINE number to call.

I had similiar issues when I first started ADRs. For some reason the site kept losing my resort reservation for a few days. I had to keep logging in and telling it to search for my resort reservation (using the confirmation #). Once the site found that, then I was able to make ressies/changes to extended ADRs.

After a few times, the site finally would "remember" my resort reservation when I logged in.

Patience is paying off - have made some more ADR's.

They do keep disappearing and re-appearing

To any one reading this and having trouble dates and times keep appearing and disappearing keep trying!! and GOOD LUCK
