Help Me Please( Trying To Figure Out The Quest!!)

Dear Everyone,
I was just wondering if somebody could tell me how the quest thing really works. I looked on one of the pages on these forums that told you what you can get. I really don't get it so could somebody explain it to me. Is it like the things listed between the different quest levels that you get or what. Also whoever went to California to Disneyland could you please tell me how you know what quests that you are supposed to do?? Like I mean where do you find the pages to do the quests?? Because my grandma is going to Califonia and I was going to get her to do the quests for me. Would it be ok is I let her do that and if I gave her the name of my character so then that she would be able to go on the tour?? I have no clue about anything about these quests. It would be a big help also if you could give me some clues because my grandma would have no Idea what to do and I am trying to explain it to her but it's hard because I have no clue what to do any ways?? So whoever can post some different things about the quests on this page would be a big hero because I want that free stuff!!! I cannot seem to get how you can get 30 prizes when there are only like 4 quests for disneyland?? How does that work!! I am stuck please help me!!

If I'm correct I think that is the WDW quest. I didn't even know there was a DL quest. Sorry to burst your bubble but I think it is cause all of those prizes are from the WDW quest cause all of those prizes were in the WDW quest. HIH
