Help me plan!

We have 3 day park hopper passes that come with one magic morning to Disneyland park.

Our Disney days are dec 27,28,and 30th.

So the 28th or 30th would be the day we can use magic morning.

Our only must do thing is cars land.

Should we go to CA on the day Disneyland park has the MM?

28 Disney California Adventure
30 Disneyland Magic Morning then hop to DCA later in the day.

MaxPass can get very expensive if you plan to use it for 3 days. I would say the only time its mandatory is on the days you plan to park hop

I am pretty sure that last year they had EMH/MM every day the week between Christmas and New Year's.

They do that during some high-crowd times. In which case, you can pick any day for your MM, but you can't start in an empty DCA since it will always have had EMH.

Hope that makes sense, and no guarantee they'll do it every day again this year, of course, but I would kind of assume they will...

There is only 3 of us so we are going to buy max pass each day.

I read that if you are in DISNEYLAND park for MM you can reserve your fast pass for CA even if it's not open yet. So we might do that.

Makes total sense. I'm going to pack and extra set of patience for this big crowds I'm hearing about!
