We are a family of 7, DH and I, kids 20, 16, 10, 6 and daughters boyfriend 23, flying in the morning of June 6th and flying out the night of the 10th.

Current plan:
June 6- Beach day
June 7- Disney
June 8- Disney
June 9-Beach day
June 10- Disney until we need to leave and fly out!

This is our 5th trip to Disneyland, it's been a few years though, first time everyone is tall enough to ride almost everything!

Currently have 3 hotels booked, obviously need to cancel two but would like some feedback,

Best Western Plus Pavilions - Anaheim, 2 rooms

Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites - Anaheim Family Suite

Anaheim Plaza Hotel & Suites - Anaheim, 2 rooms- stayed here once before, underwhelmed but good location....

What are your favorite beaches?

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Sounds like a decent plan to me. You could check out the Santa Monica Pier on one of your beach days. I haven't stayed at any of those 3 hotels, but I do really like best western. Generally they come with free hot breakfast, but not all.

Hope you have a great trip!

If you're flying into LAX, do your first beach day up there. SM or Venice. Redondo has a nice pier area, but no swimming access right there. If you arrive in the afternoon, that's a good option.

Supposedly Anaheim Plaza was going to be torn down and redeveloped, but now it's been renamed and redone. I don't know if that's instead of redevelopment, which could mean it's a lot nicer, or until redevelopment, which might not be as nice.

Pretty sure it's until redevelopment. Looking online recently and it doesn't appear to have been updated much.

We've stayed at BW Pavilions before. The rooms were SUPER DUPER clean! That hotel does NOT include free breakfast, though. It includes free breakfast for 2 people per room at Denny's next door. I think that the BW Raffles' room prices tend to be a tad higher than BW Pavilions. However, for what you'd end up spending out of pocket at Denny's for breakfast, staying at Raffles might actually end up to be cheaper. So based on that, my vote is to stay at Raffles. I know people who have stayed at Raffles a few times and they've enjoyed their stays there.

Which airport are you flying in/out of?

Re: beaches - the Disneyland Daily blog site has an article about So Cal beaches which might be helpful for your trip planning purposes --> https://disneylanddaily.com/what-to-do-outside-of-disneyland/

We're flying into LAX. Would you say the walk is about the same from the Best Westerns?
