Okay so I need help planning for Friday Feb. 28.

Some background I will need to activate 5 tickets in the morning (getting in late at night the day before). And both MK and Epcot are open till 11PM.

So I need to plan this day. I will be going to the park and my sister will be joining us around 5-6PM that night where I will have to leave the park to activate her ticket as it's a military salute ticket. I was thinking maybe Hollywood studios in the morning for RNR and Toy Story and then hop over to AK where I could use some FP+. Finally meet at Epcot or MK for dinner while activating the ticket since I have to exit the park anyway.

I know it's a lot of hopping around but we are an energetic bunch and don't usually spend much time at Hollywood studios anyways. Input is appreciated!!!

Not sure if there is a lot to "plan" with 1 day where your trying to make it to 3 or 4 parks.

If your not spending any time at HS except for the 2 rides that is probably the best route to go from what I have read but I am not sure i would use my FP+ at AK I would likely look to ride stand-by there and hold the FP+ for you and your sister at MK since there is not tiering in place and you can get whatever rides you want in after dinner.

After dinner and your FP+ at MK you could even ride the monorail down to Epcot if you check the wait times at Epcot of the 2-3 rides you want to get in there and they are short?

MK - Level 4
Epcot - Level 3 (were you staying on site? as this closes at 9pm if you don't have EMH by staying on-site)
HS - Level 1
AK - Level 3

Personally I would just skip AK unless you really wanted to get that in and stick with HS / hope to Epcot on the boat / and then go to MK to meet your sister. I would use the FP+ at MK and just hope Epcot has some short waits late morning to afternoon.

Note I can only go off this from what I have read around these parts over the last year. I don't have any experience of going to 3-4 parks in one day.

I am staying at Saratoga springs. We really like RNR and Toy story but generally don't stay long. We are a young group in our late 20s that bounce around quite a bit. At AK we really like yeti and kali river rapids. Just trying to squeeze a quick trip in before I deploy again.

The days we will be at the parks are:

Feb 28 - HS/Epcot?
Mar 1 - Islands of Adventure for HP world. (Cousins really want to see this) MK is open till midnight so maybe go squeeze that in
Mar 2 - Magic Kingdom
Mar 3 - ??
Mar 4 - ??

Well, you just so happen to be doing the same thing on the same day as we are, so here's what we're thinking (and the logic behind it...):

I would use my FP+ in a park that is not tiered (so MK or AK). I think you'd get more value out of MK since you can do AK without FP at all.

I would avoid Epcot because of evening EMH (other than for EMH). Early morning might be OK, but after 11am will be a zoo.

So here's what we're doing on Feb 28:

RD HS until about 11:15
TSMM, RnRC, TOT, ST

AK - 12:00 - 3pm
EE, PW, Dino
(or take afternoon pool break if the weather is fabulous)
(or head over to MK earlier if we decide AK is not worth the big detour)

MK - 4pm - 9:30pm
FP+ BTMR, Space, Buzz
fit in HM, POC, JC
Wishes 8pm
MSEP 9PM (or more rides, or leave for EP)
or switch Buzz FP+ for 7pm MSEP FP+ (which is already open by the way) and leave for Epcot after Wishes.

Monorail to EP for end of EMH, arrive around 10pm
standby MS orange, TT single rider, get in line for Soarin' at 10:55pm

So it's very similar to what you've come up with. I think you're on the right track :). And we're likely to run into each other all day!

Woo that's an awesome plan! You're like us in that we don't mind bouncing around.

Now to just get my tickets so that I can book the fast passes! I have a FL resident seasonal pass (great perk of being stationed in Key West!) I had to order the 4 day salute passes because every base I went to was sold out!!
