Help me plan the magic...please

So we are headed to Disney Sept. 10-20. Our traveling me, DH, DS13, DS6, MIL and SFIL. First trip for DS6 and SFIL, second for me, DH, and DS13. The trick is I am the sole planner. Everybody wants things well-planned, but they want me to do all the planning. So, here goes for meals. I'm planning 12 TS meals (this is 11, I'm one short). I want a good mix, lots of characters for DS6, cool factor for DS13, and good food for all. Here's my list: Ohana (D), Crystal Palace (B), Chef Mickeys (D), 1900 Park Fare (D), Tusker House (B), Boma (D), Ohana (B), Sci-Fi Dine In (D), 50s Prime Time (D), Le Cellier (D), Les Chefs (D). I need one more lunch or dinner (preferably dinner) and I'm blank. I'm thinking I'm heavy on characters and light on "cool" factor, but we all love characters. If you had to add one to that list, what would it be?

Whispering Canyon at WL? I haven't been there but understand it's very popular with the kids.

Not for characters, but definitely for the "Cool Factor" Teppan Edo in Epcot.

I asked my DS17 (he's been to WDW about 10 times) what his favorite thing about WDW is ....and his answer is Teppan Edo.

Your standard Hibachi Restaurant...but we always enjoy stepping into the nice cool restaurant in the middle of the day...It's nice.

We do Character Breakfast at 'Ohana....you are going to love that....Good Call there....

Not sure of the others....but heard good things about all of them....

You're not considering the Castle for Dinner? My son likes that as well....I know it's expensive though...

Thanks. Teppan Edo sounds fun. So does Whispering Canyon. The only restaurant my DS13 remembers from his first trip is Crystal Palace with Pooh, which he loved (he was 6). Teppan Edo and Whispering Canyon both definitely sound like the atmosphere I'm going for. I also considered Biergarten, Coral Reef or Marakesh (what 13yo boy wouldn't like belly dancers). Anybody have a preference among those three? He also loves to eat, so I want it to be good food too.
