So we are at Disneyland from Sunday the 2nd through the 7th (not attending Disney on the 7th, we have to check out and get on the road) - we will be getting a 4 day park-hopper and attending the Halloween Party on the 3rd.

Sunday 2nd - arrive - Thinking since DL is open later this day we would get in only DL not DCA. Would like to see Fireworks at 930pm, one Soundsational Parade (4p or 630p), Fantasmic! (9p or 1030p). We would also like to see the Magic, Memories, and You show.... Suggestions for this night???

Monday 3rd - Halloween party only - we will enter park from the 3pm start time.

Tuesday 4th - Thinking DCA this day as DL closes early at 6pm this night. Would like to see the Pixar Pals parade, and World of Color mainly. Am thinking I will book a picnic thing for WoC. Anything else NOT TO MISS at DCA???

Wednesday 5th - Kind of a free for all day since both parks close at 8pm this night. There's only one showing of the Soundsational parade at 7pm and no fireworks. Should we save the parade for this day instead of Sunday??? What to get in on a day like this with minimal shows???

Thursday 6th - our last official night!! DL is open until midnight and DCA closes at 8pm. Similar times as Sunday night with shows/parades -- should we try to split things up and do some this night instead of Sunday???

It seems like a lot of time, but there's so much to get it!! :cool1: We know we want to do the Jedi Training thing as well, but there seems to be a lot of times to choose from (need to check out those awesome threads). Ditto with Disney Jr show if DS is interested. Are they still showing the Muppet show?? We LOVED that last year!!

Suggestions?? What not to miss?? I am guessing we could take advantage of the magic morning hours one day (Sunday would be pushing it as we arrive that day, or Tuesday, Thurs - we are off season so they are not super early on either day).

So excited!!

:yay:

We keep our plans pretty open and do a lot of park hopping depending on crowds. We do make a couple food reservations that we stick to otherwise we play it by ear. After all were on vacation!

I highly recommend seeing the Aladdin show in DCA. I didn't see it for a while thinking it wasn't going to be great, and I was so wrong. Plus, it's a wonderful activity on a hot afternoon as you get to sit in AC for an hour.

oooo I didn't see this listed on the daily schedule thing for the parks online... where do I find the times?? I think that would be fun!!!

Yeah, we don't mind park-hopping while we are there, but we wanted to make sure we got in certain shows (or those great suggestions people have)... We won't be back to DL for a number of years likely :( and last year we had such a FAST trip (only 2 days) that we didn't see any shows or parades opting to just focus on rides rides rides!! :goodvibes Want to get in as much magic as possible this year!

Just saw it!!! I have printed out the schedules for the days we are there, to TRY to come up with something... not being so strict when it comes to things that have multiple times, but am curious what I should do about the BIG shows (WoC, Fan, etc).... Is Captain EO still on at DL or is something else in it's place?? Honey I Shrunk the Audience??

(Saw Captain EO last year and the kids were less than impressed  DH and I however loved it... Soooo brought back memories!! We will pass on it this year.)
