Help me plan my Cal Grill dinner!!

I would like to make a ps now for our upcoming trip in May.....my dilemma is this.....
I did the "projected" May MK hours and got 9-6, 9-7, 9-6, 9-7.....mind you this would be a Mon, Tues or Wed night....in May and the time change will happen before then.....
do you think I should make it for 8:30?

Do you want to time you PS w/ the MK fireworks?? (highly recommended)

If so make the PS 1 hour prior. We you get to check-in at the CG, request a seat at the windows to view the fireworks. Kindly, tell them you will wait. If they seat you right way, order drinks, review the menu and take your time to order a meal. This way you will have the best seat for the MK fireworks.
