My daughters 5th birthday is in Feb and we are going on her birthday since we have passes. She is the third of 4 kiddos and I think I am going to take the day of work and just take the princess.

We've gone about 5 times since August. We will be going on a Thursday in February so I am hoping it's not too crowded. She doesn't like super scary rides.

Being my daughter - she can shop like there's no tomorrow so I can see her loving the gift card. :)

We did Ariels Grotto last month - should we do it again?

What will make this a birthday to remember?

Celebration Roundup will be up and running in DL when you're there. They'll have BBQ food along w/ festive party stuff & I'm sure that they have cakes of some sort whether if it's a mini one or a cupcake. Sorry, I really don't know that much about it.
But if your DD is a total princess nut, then there's nothing wrong w/ doing Ariel's Grotto again.
