Help me plan 2 part days in AK

WE will be going to AK for two days, however we won't be ther from open to close either day. We go on our arrival day. I hope to be at park opening, however we are checking in POFQ that morning and I have no idea how long it will take even if we arrive at 8:00. We have ASRs at Chef Mickey's for ^;00 PM that day, so we plan to leave the park around 4:00. The other day, we have ADRs at Planet Hollywood for lunch at 111:30. I thought we'd sleep in and take the boat to DD. We probably won't make it to AK until around 2:00. Any ideas or strategies would help. Thanks. The park is open until 8:00 the days we're going.
