Help me pick resort restaurants

In order to avoid being tied to a certain park on a certain day, I have decided to make all of our ADRs at resort restaurants so that we can just leave whichever park, go to dinner and continue with our evening. I have picked CM, Ohana and Boma so far, but I need one more. I probably need one that offers lunch or really early dinner. TIA

DH and I did that one before and weren't overly impressed. We may not have given it a fair chance though since it was the last restaurant of the week, we were tired of eating out and we did not want to leave the next day. Maybe we'll try it again.

On our last trip to the parks, my DH and I LOVED the California Grill. Located at the top of the Contemporary Hotel, the view of the Magic Kingdom was excellent, and if you choose to make this a later evening event rather than late lunch or early dinner, you get a nice wide view of the Wishes fireworks on an outside patio while the music is pumped in and the lights dimmed.

If you don't mind visiting AKL twice, in addition to Boma, Jiko was a truly wonderful dining experience. My DH, SIL and I felt the food and service were all top notch.

Both California Grill and Jiko are Signature Dining Experiences and TOTALLY worth the extra cost. Whatever you choose, happy dining!

We really enjoyed the Captain's Grille. Nice atmosphere and yummy food!

We liked The Wave. We really like the Grand Floridian Cafe -- we eat there every trip.

We have had great experiences at all of these:

1900 Park Fare
Artist Point
Big River Grill
Boatwrights
Spirit of Aloha Show
Narcoossee's

The Cape May Cafe clambake might be fun on your Epcot day. It gets good reviews here on the DIS. We are from New England and used to really good, really fresh seafood and we were a little disappointed, but lots like it.
Also there are all of the restaurants at the Boardwalk to choose from

Olivia's at OKW is decent and quiet. We only ate there because we stayed at OKW that trip but it was just fine. 1900 Park Fare if you want something more Disney-ish/Character buffet, or Beaches and Cream at the YC/BC for an old-fashioned burger and ice parlor.

We've liked:
Kona Cafe
The Wave
GF Cafe
Cape May Clam Bake
California Grill
Citricos
Flying Fish

My votes go to:

Flying Fish
The Wave
Kona Cafe

Or you might want to try DTD. I don't have any experience with the restaurants there, but maybe others have suggestions.

In DTD we really enjoy Raglan Road. We try to eat a late dinner (8:40 PM) there and that way we can enjoy the music and dancing that begins at 9 PM.

Great food, wonderful desserts, great service, and lovely environment; but it is not known for being a quiet place where you can talk! I really enjoy Irish food and music so it is a great fit for me. I leave there with my hands sore from clapping and leg tired from active toe tapping!:goodvibes:lmao:

We love Yachtsman steak house. It is signature and 2TS but well worth it!

The Wave-everything was fresh and delicious and we had great service, too.

My Vote is for California Grill. There are so many great dining choices at Disney so it's hard to make a bad choice but CG is Awesome.
I also love the Flying Fish......Yummy:cool1:
