Well, our first night is a Saturday, we won't be going to the parks. We are staying at SSR and we are headed to Jellyrolls that evening. We want to have dinner before....somewhere we haven't eaten (so that leaves out Flying Fish, Cape May, Beaches and Cream, Kimonos and ESPN) and we don't want to have to get dressed up at all or do too much traveling around.

So the choices we have narrowed it down to are Turf Club or Spoodles.

What do you think? Anything I might be missing? Big River just doesn't appeal to me for some reason.

Spoodles is very casual, but it's fine. Hhow about Yachtsman? You really do not have to get "dressed" for any WDW Restaurant accept V&A's.

Yachtsman - a great relaxing dinner before playing at the boardwalk!

We love the Turf Club :thumbsup2 Have eaten there multiple times now and always have had great food & service. Haven't been to Spoodles in a few years now, but we're gonna give it a shot again on our upcoming trip.

Not the OP, but Jellyrolls is a dueling piano bar. It's a lot of fun!

We love Spoodles and make a point of eating there every trip. My DW and I always get the shrimp linguini and I really like the muscles app. It is very casual and the food is above avg. A good meal that is a break from the parks for us.
