Help me pick colors..... poll inside!

Ok so I want blue and brown for my wedding but I am torn between some choices.

Ill post some pictures and if you wouldn't mind just voting on a color choice it be really helpful THANK YOU!

I only saw #1 and #4. I like the colors in #1 best. I like the deep, dark chocolate color.

If you want to get lots of votes. I would suggest saving the pictures and posting them through photobucket. It takes a lot of time to pull up each picture to see them and you may loose votes if people have to pull up 4 different web pages to see #2 and #3 to vote on them. If you need instructions for how to do that send me a pm. Another problem you will have is colors look different on every monitor, so what you are seeing is not necessarily what we are seeing.


Here are a few of my opinions, but in the end go with the colors that you love and don't worry about what we think. Listen to your heart!

I'm not a fan of the brown in #4 as it is is a reddish brown instead of a true brown, but that is just my preference. I like the #1 and #2 browns. I like that they are darker brown and I like the golden tone in #2.

I like the pintuck sash for the pattern but the brown is pretty light. If you use the diamond pattern in the sash...where else will you use it in the wedding? You could incorporate it into the wedding cake or the table linens. I think it would look best if you had the pattern in a few other elements in your wedding not just on the chair.

Here is link to a wedding that used the dark brown pintuck linens (it is post #67). I love the dark brown she used...imagine it with your blue instead of the green. I think I like the lighter baby blue with the darker brown. I also love how she used the coffee beans and candles in glass jars for her cocktail hour. It is a great inexpensive way to decorate the tables in addition to the linens.

Same here! But I like the first one!

I really like the second one! I think the aqua is much more vibrant and a better match for the brown. And I think that brown has the richest tones as well.

I voted on #2. I really don't like how the brown looks in #4 in my monitor. I think it is really important that you see physical swatches of whatever you choose.

the blue in #2 is more of a tiffany blue to me. i personally am not digging any of the browns in the pictures, but satin is a tough fabric i think to judge in pics. they probably all look great in person.

pick what you like! if you like them all, i'd pick the most affordable (if there were a difference). if you aren't sure you like any of them, i would keep looking because we shouldn't sway you to like on or another!

Once the samples i ordered come in ill post pictures of them I keep going back and fourth.


Its not a normal reception so this for the chairs during the wedding, Im having a weird kinda set up haha

Choices 2 and 3 are very similar; I like the texture of 3, but 2 is very nice too. I think you can do more things with the aqua versus baby blue.
