Help me pick a room??

Hi all! Planning our 2/7/04 Eastern on the Magic and wanted some advice regarding cabin selection. We are currenlty booked in a cat. 9 and were assigned 3 rooms right by the elevator (2530, 2532, 2534.) I was thinking this might be kind of noisy. Also, two are connecting, and although we are traveling as a group, we don't need to be that close!

Any suggestions on where I should request? Quiet, yet convenient are the goals!

Actually being by an elevator is very convenient and not noisy at all! I'm not sure I would switch for that reason. However, I think I would try and get a little farther back on the ship if possible, right now you are sort of under the adult night club area which can be noisy.

We sailed the Wonder and were on Deck 2 and I believe the ships are similar in lay out cabins 2108, 2106 in that area were ssoooooo quiet. Booked them for October 2003. My parents were in 25 something on the other side of the ship but while in their cabin I heard a constant buzzing noise and a lot more noise than in my cabin 2108. I used Dave's nosiy cabin list to pick their cabin but it was still loud? Try cabins 2100-2126, good luck!

We were in 2632 (on the Wonder) and it was VERY NOISY! I can't imagine that 2628 is much better since it's only two rooms away.

I am gonna call my TA to see if I can move or upgrade. Do I have to use the TA? Or can I call DCL.
