Help me pick a resort, please!

So, I snoozed and I lost.

Was waiting for late spring discounts to come out but I checked yesterday and now I'm having trouble finding anything I'll be happy with for our upcoming April trip!

Traveling with my son and my mother. Mom keeps crazy hours and snores like a bear so we need two rooms (at mod or value) or a suite.

First choice would've been Kidani villa (followed by Jambo villa or Garden room at BW). All of those are showing no availability for my dates!

So now my choices are...well pretty much anything. Price is a factor so the most expensive options are out (like 2 rooms at a deluxe). I've stayed at all the Epcot resorts. Plus now I hear that the villas are all being refurbed so there's the construction problem.

Not a fan of huge size and multiple bus stops at mods in general though I do like POFQ (and have stayed there before).

GF is out of my price range. WL/Villas is tempting but concerned about construction and pool closure. Poly would be first choice but doesn't have rooms to fit my needs. BLT is an option, but not thrilled about it as I will have just had a trip at the Contemporary and would like to try something new.

I used to love POP, and have stayed at all the values (except AoA) but I've done several deluxe trips since the last value and just the thought of the crowds and loudness is putting me off them (but AoA would be the right amount of space, but I'm afraid not relaxing enough).

So, any suggestions?!?!

Is it at all possible that rooms might pop up when late spring discounts are announced? Should be in the next few weeks, I'd think as the current discounts expire next week.

This deluxe gal loved her stay at a Lion King suite at AoA. The buses are great - or at least our experience was great with them. Loved having two bathrooms. You and your son would have separate sleeping spaces and your mom could have the master bedroom. Two bathrooms plus a door between you. Really helped. We chose this path last time we travelled with my mom in law. She stayed out in the main room with the kids. She was fine on the fold down table bed. It was relaxing - outside of the Food Court. But Food Courts are not my thing. The pool was no more crazy then any other Disney pool and the quiet pool over in the Cars section was so cute with the Cone-banas. Take a look. :)

Kidani villa (followed by Jambo villa)

For either of those, you would be better off renting DVC points. Much of the inventory is held for DVC up until 60 days prior to check-in. Inventory in the cash reservations pool will be limited at 6 and 7 months, and mostly be rooms swapped out based on DVC member point usage for other timeshares and cruises.

Either one of the villas - which ever one suits your fancy, I personally love BCV and BLT. Those two are very popular though and can be hard to get.

or AoA - Family Suite. I LOVED my stay there in a Nemo suite this past Spring. Would definitely stay there again. You mom can have her own bedroom , there are two bathrooms, you and your son can have your own bed, and there is a kitchenette. It may be a little pricey for the size of your party but I think you might find it worth it!

Good Luck!

I'd suggest CSR. It's the deluxe-lite of the mods and the bus service is considered the best. I found it to be very peaceful.
