I'd suggest that if you haven't found a resort map for Cypress Harbour that you get one and select an area of the resort that you'd like to stay in. Then call the resort a week or two before your arrival date and place a request. Any place around the lake is a good choice, ask for a high or low floor if that's important to you and either smoking or non-smoking as fits your needs. In my experience staff at CH have made an effort to give us exactly what we've requested.
