I missed out on BWI Standard View for our trip this year because I waited too long, and ended up having to book Poly instead, not that it is a bad thing, but we like to try different resorts, so I'm a bit disappointed and excited at the same time if that makes any sense?:confused3

Anyways, every time we stayed at the Poly we stayed to the left (Figi, Tuvalu) and we are looking to stay either in Tokelau, Tahiti or Rapa Nui this time. Any advice on which longhouse has nicer garden views?

Thanks in advance!:)

I like Tokelau. It is well located with balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors and depending on where the room is located a garden view turns out to be a partial lagoon view. We were on the 3rd floor and we could see the lagoon and the castle from our balcony(without craning our necks). It is also just a hop, skip and a jump from the TTC, whereas Tahiti is just a skip.;)

This is one resort where it definately pays to do your homework and know what all of the longhouses offer.

We were in rarotonga last year. I had requested Samoa or Fiji but they were supposedly booked solid. I was disappointed (mostly because everyone else on the DIS always seems to get their requests) but it turned out very well. We were in room 1812 looking out into the garden on the first floor. We were literally 30 seconds from the bus stop. The door on the other end of the building led right to the GCH. The quiet pool was steps away and it was pretty close to the TTC.
